Singapore licence and legal checks
A foreign licence never answers the Singapore question. Start with the GRA record and the exact domain.
Current local baseline
The GRA guidance checked on 31 August 2026 says it is unlawful to provide unlicensed remote gambling to persons in Singapore and names Singapore Pools as the only licensed remote operator. Participation in unlicensed remote gambling can also be an offence.
Licence-check sequence
- Write down the exact domain, including every subdomain and character.
- Identify the contracting operator rather than relying on the brand name.
- Search current GRA licences and announcements for that exact combination.
- Record the date and limits; a foreign regulator answers only its own jurisdiction.
Age and exclusions
The Gambling Control Act uses different minimum ages by product. The general remote-gambling category is 21, while specified Singapore Pools physical-outlet betting and lotteries use 18. NCPG self-exclusion can cover casinos, gaming-machine rooms and Singapore Pools remote betting.
